Hello!

I’m a third year Biology student at the University of Reading, putting off any decisions of a possible career by a dream if travelling the world.

My plan is to graduate, save money for a year and then travel for as long as possible all across Asia, Africa, Australia you name it!

I’m a baking fanatic, always trying out new recipes (to the joys of my boyfriend and housemates) and get very stroppy when they go wrong or don’t look good! (Think of ian’s baked alaska ending up in the bin on the great British bake off). I guess that makes me a perfectionist. I’ve also dreamed of opening my own bakery but I don’t think it’s possible as I would take 3 hours to make one cake look good!

I’m also a keen archer and have been part of my uni club for 2 years now. It’s great fun and I recommend you to give it a try sometime.

So this blog is supposed to show a lot of the things I like but will probably end up basically being all about food! Anyway I hope you like it, and I’m also on twitter @studentbakercan so tweet me!
